Top 3 Upcoming Smartphones
The end of 2011 is getting closer, but there are still many good smartphones to be released in the UK this year. Many interesting mid-range phones will be there, like the Motorola Defy Plus or Nokia’s Symbian Belle devices, however, I don’t want to speak about those phones now – let’s discuss the best ones among the coming soon phones. And here they are:
1. Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc S
Which is one of the best upcoming smartphones at the moment? Right, it’s the Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc S with its gorgeous design different from all the other Android phones, 4.2-inch touchscreen with a LED-backlit, 1.4GHz processor, 512MB of RAM, 1GB of ROM, 8.1MP camera and all the other great features Sony Ericsson has armed it with.
pre-orders for the SE Xperia Arc S started a couple of weeks ago, and soon the smartphone will be available – it will come to the UK on September 30, costing about £349.99 without any contract. If you don’t feel like paying £350 for a phone, even for such a stylish one, wait a little bit before better Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc S deals appear. I don’t think you’ll have to wait for too long – this phone is very popular, after all, so as soon as it comes to the UK, many mobile operators will start offering it.
2. HTC Sensation XE
The HTC Sensation XE is the next great phone everybody is waiting for. The updated version of the original Sensation looks really good with those red accents added to the black body, plus it’s expected to sound good, too – thanks to the Beats Audio technology and the Dr.Dre headphones coming with it.
announced a couple of weeks ago. We don’t know when exactly it will be launched in the UK and how much it will cost, but we hope that we’ll get many affordable HTC Sensation XE deals soon enough.
3. iPhone 5
If you ask your friends (even those who’re not into phones and technology) which is the most anticipated smartphone at the moment, I’m sure most of them will say it’s the iPhone 5. Even though nothing is known about the specs of Apple’s upcoming product yet (it runs iOS 5 – I guess that’s the only thing we know), everybody is waiting for it impatiently… because it’s the iPhone! Whatever specs it comes with, it will attract much attention just because it’s the iPhone.
Actually, we don’t even know the release date of the next iPhone, not to mention the price. Yeah, Apple has confirmed that it will be unveiled on October 4, but will it be the iPhone 5? Will we see any Apple iPhone 5 deals in the UK after October 4? That remains to be seen.
